Business Development Representative

Premier Business Products is looking for a part-time Business Development Representative for our Troy office. The successful candidate will learn various aspects of the business and have opportunities to grow and advance with the company. Candidate must be career-minded with a strong desire to learn and succeed. They will possess a positive attitude and enjoy helping others. Working well with others, as well as having the self-discipline to work independently to accomplish tasks within a certain time frame, is a must. Computer skills and strong communication abilities (written and oral) are required.

Job duties include, but are not limited to: cold calling and appointment setting for sales representatives, training new customers on office systems, data entry, mail-outs, and general office duties.

Premier is seeking Account Executives who are business to business sales professionals. The Account Executive is responsible for selling Premier’s full line of products and services to their assigned geographic territory.


  • Bachelor’s degree and /or 2+ business-to-business sales environment
  • Entrepreneurial experience and goal-driven focus
  • Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and / or decision maker with a consultative approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated fearless cold calling, prospecting and a business acumen including sales quota achievement and closing sales.
  • Ability to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills

Copier Service Technician

Regardless of where or what products customers have acquired, it’s rare to find outstanding service and follow-up like ours.

We hire only the most reliable, professional Techs, and then arm them with the latest, cutting-edge technology tools and training. Our certified service engineers provide expert diagnostic and repair services on the following machines:

• Laser Printers

• Copiers

• Fax Machines

• MFPs

• Plotters / Wide Format Printers

Position Profile:

Premier is looking for a full-time Service Technician who will serve Premier Business Products’ existing customer accounts. The Technician will also assist in studying system requirements, performing acceptance tests and installation. The Service Technician must maintain a positive rapport with customers and maintain customer confidence.


  • This position will require a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • The candidate must have a valid Michigan drivers license.
  • A minimum of 1.5 years experience in the MFP, Printer, Copier & Fax Machine industry is preferred.
  • This position will require a background check and drug screen.
  • Responsibilities Include:
  • Professional and competent diagnosis, and repair of copiers, printers and other office equipment.
  • Installation of equipment on customer site
  • Perform acceptance tests during installation.
  • Analyze work orders and maintain a daily service schedule.
